Ready for Class?

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in LawWare training. Here are answers to questions you may have about the class:

Training webinars are FREE.

You can drink coffee while the instructor is speaking and there's no test afterwards! :)

You don't have to be a LawWare subscriber to join. Anyone interested in LawWare may register!

You will need a computer with speakers and Internet access. If you have an older system, keep in mind that there are some basic system requirements. Dimdim webinar services can provide an online check for you.

We encourage you to join the meeting during the 10 minutes prior to the start of the class. The instructor will be available at the scheduled meeting time.

You will be viewing the instructor's computer screen remotely from your PC monitor. You will hear the instructor speak through your speakers.

Training classes start with an overview of basic features and functions followed by an open Q&A, so have your questions ready! More advanced features and tips may be shown during this time as well.

Text chat will be available (similar to Instant Messaging or IMs) during the webinar so you can pose questions to the instructor during Q&A. The instructor will read a question to the group, then reply verbally and/or show steps on the screen.
